My dermatologist “prescribed” this for me for nightly use to help prevent actinic keratosis. It works for that, but doesn’t do much to decrease my wrinkles!

It’s still early but I can tell this is powerful stuff. Pay attention to the directions and start slowly. I usually can put anything on my face with very little “reaction”. I used it 2 nights in a row and I woke to REALLY nice skin. Doing it a 3rd night was a bit of a mistake. It got very flaky - that means it’s working. So I skipped a bunch of nights (5-6) using night time moisturizer every night and day. I got everything back to [my] normal and used the tiniest bit on a red spot as a test. I woke up the next day the red spot was gone. No dryness. I expect this 1.0 FL.OZ is going to last me a very long time because I won’t need much to get results.

Non-irritating . Nice consistency Hopefully will see some improvement in hyperpigmentation with time. Tretinoin 0.1% was becoming harsh although I had no peeling, it just did not feel comfortable on the skin.
