Return Policy

Our top priority at DermWarehouse is providing our customers with the highest quality skin care and beauty products, and also the highest level of customer support. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please follow the steps below within 30 days of the purchase date to arrange for a return or store credit for your product.

If your order was lost/stolen/damaged in transit and you purchased Route Package Protection, you can file your claim at claims.route.com.

We want our customers to be happy with their products and get the most out of their purchases, so we’re always here to help whenever you need it. We are willing to arrange a potential return or exchange for the item if we deem the reason for the return is justifiable. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase and you can choose from one of the following options:

– STORE CREDIT –
We will refund the full amount of the purchase to be used as a gift card on our website. DermWarehouse will provide a free pre-paid return shipping label for any store credit returns.

– REFUND –
We will refund the full amount of the purchase to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges for any refunds, unless the return is a result of damage or error.

– REPLACE –
If you need a replacement product due to product damage or a shipping error on our part, we’ll send you a replacement product and will provide a free pre-paid return shipping label. If you want to exchange your product for another product, please choose the store credit option and we’ll issue a credit you can use for the exchange.

*All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and must be returned with everything it came with. Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

While we do accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, we can only accept returns/exchanges on three individual items in any 365-day period. After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Broken/Damaged/Defective Products:

Please examine all orders once they arrive. We do our best to ensure all of our products arrive safely and in one piece, but if any product has been broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to get instructions. Please make sure to keep the box, packaging materials, and any damaged items.

If you purchased Route Package Protection with your order and your order was lost/damaged/stolen in transit, you can file your claim at claims.route.com.

If a product that you received from us is defective and you are outside of the return period, please contact us so we can help get you a replacement product from the manufacturer.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee of $15.00 will be applied. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid this fee.
