Effective October 8th, 2026, all sales on DermWarehouse.com are final. We are no longer accepting returns, exchanges, or issuing store credit. This policy is in effect as DermWarehouse winds down operations ahead of our partnership with Dermstore.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit — Route Package Protection
If you purchased Route Package Protection with your order and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can file a claim directly with Route at claims.route.com. Route claims can be filed at any time per Route’s terms and are handled independently of DermWarehouse. Please keep your order confirmation and any packaging materials to support your claim.
Broken/Damaged/Defective Products
Please examine all orders once they arrive. We do our best to ensure all products arrive safely and in one piece. If a product arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately at customerservice@dermwarehouse.com and keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items.
Please note that our customer service team is available through October 31st, 2026 only. Any claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted before October 31st, 2026. We are unable to process any claims after this date.
