Return Policy

Our top priority at DermWarehouse is providing our customers with the highest quality skin care and beauty products, and also the highest level of customer support. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@dermwarehouse.com within 30 days of the purchase date. We want our customers to be happy with their products and get the most out of their purchases, so we’d be happy to discuss if you have any concerns. We are willing to arrange a potential return or exchange for the item if we deem the reason for the return is justifiable. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase and you can choose from one of the following options:

– RETURN –
We will refund the full amount of the purchase to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges for any refunds, unless the return is a result of damage or error.

– STORE CREDIT –
We will refund the full amount of the purchase to your DermWarehouse online account to be used as a store credit. DermWarehouse will provide a free pre-paid return shipping label for any store credit returns.

*All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and must be returned with everything it came with. Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

While we do accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, we can only accept returns/exchanges on three individual items in any 365-day period. After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and include all parts and pieces that came in the original packaging, including any free gifts with purchase. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

Broken/Damaged/Defective Products:

Please examine all orders once they arrive. We do our best to ensure all of our products arrive safely and in one piece, but if any product has been broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to get instructions. Please make sure to keep the box, packaging materials, and any damaged items.

If a product that you received from us is defective and you are outside of the return period, please contact us so we can help get you a replacement product from the manufacturer.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee of $15.00 will be applied. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid this fee.
