Membership & Eligibility
DermWarehouse Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program”) is a rewards program owned and operated by DermWarehouse.com (“DermWarehouse”). Membership to the Loyalty Program (“Membership”) is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.
You must be age 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for Membership.
By submitting an application for Membership in the Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A MEMBER. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
Program Description
The Loyalty Program is an online, points-based program where registered users of the Loyalty Program can earn points by purchasing merchandise on DermWarehouse.com. Points accrued are non-transferable to other users or accounts and have no cash or monetary value. The Loyalty Program may be changed from time to time in the sole discretion of DermWarehouse. Any change to the Program or these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the DermWarehouse.com website.
Earning and Redeeming Rewards
You can earn five (5) DermWarehouse rewards points (“point(s)”) for every U.S. dollar spent on merchandise purchased on DermWarehouse.com. This excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes, shipping, and all other fees or charges, prior purchases, or where otherwise prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. Only purchases made online are eligible for DernWarehouse Rewards points. You must be logged in to your DermWarehouse.com account to have any points deposited to your Loyalty Program account.
Points are deposited once an order is shipped. If an order requires multiple shipments, points will be deposited after each shipment. If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, you will not receive points for that order. If an order is returned, points for the returned order will be deducted from your account. Points will never expire. Points can be converted to gift cards at any time and redeemed on future purchases. Loyalty members may redeem all or a portion of their points at checkout. Points are never redeemable for cash.
Privacy Policy & Email Agreement
At DermWarehouse, we care about your privacy. The personal information collected from each member, including purchase history and credit card information, will only be used and disclosed by DermWarehouse for the purpose of the administration of the Program, internal analysis for marketing purposes, and as otherwise permitted by the DermWarehouse Privacy Policy. By registering for Membership in the Program, you agree to be bound by the DermWarehouse Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at DermWarehouse.com.
When you join the DermWarehouse loyalty program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from DermWarehouse. By signing up for the Loyalty Program, you will automatically be subscribed to receive Program emails. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by editing your Email Preferences at DermWarehouse.com or by calling 614-965-6107.
Changes, Termination And/Or Removal From Program
DermWarehouse may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Loyalty Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Loyalty Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) and may terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the DermWarehouse website.
DermWarehouse reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Loyalty Program in its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Loyalty Program, Membership inactivity for more than 36 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of DermWarehouse may subject members to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Loyalty Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any points in your account will automatically expire. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the Loyalty Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.
Limitation of Liability
DERMWAREHOUSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR MEMBERSHIP IN THE loyalty PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CHANGES TO OR TERMINATION OF THE loyalty PROGRAM. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITATIONS ON DERMWAREHOUSE’S LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY WHETHER FOR BREACH OR REPUDIATION OF CONTRACT, OR WHETHER IN TORT, CIVIL LIABILITY BY WAY OF NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILLINGLY AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WILLINGLY AGREES) THAT YOU HAVE RELINQUISHED YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK THESE DAMAGES FROM DERMSTORE AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK.
