Is DermWarehouse Legit?

Let us just say right off the bat, that YES! We are legit. But of course, we don’t just expect you to take our word for it. Let us explain further.

DermWarehouse Is Legit Fact #1: DermWarehouse was founded by dermatologist Dr. Alan Parks. Dr. Parks has been practicing dermatology in Columbus, Ohio for over 30 years! Dr. Parks carried 5-10 brands of skin care products in his office for the majority of that time and always had patients were asking about other brands they’d heard of. After a while, Dr. Parks decided that he should give his patients what they wanted – access to all of the great skin care brands they’d been asking about for years. He decided to launch DermWarehouse, with the help of his wife Robin, and his kids, Jason and Stefanie (writer of this blog!). The Parks family launched DermWarehouse in 2016 and they run the day to day operations. We now carry over 100 brands of skin care products and are still always trying to make sure we carry all the great brands that Dr. Parks’ patients and our customers know and love!

DermWarehouse Is Legit Fact #2: DermWarehouse is an authorized seller of every brand and product that we carry on our site. What does this mean? We work very closely with each and every brand we sell and when you shop with you, you can rest assured that your products are coming directly from the manufacturers. You never have to worry about the products being fake, expired or used. Everything we sell is authentic and brand new. Problems do arise from time to time (as hard as we try, we’re not perfect 100% of the time), but we are always here to help take care of our customers and make sure any issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
