Excellent product and customer service for the Retress that I order. I wisely got on the auto delivery program and must’ve mistakenly set it up for every three months. I sent them an email and within a day I had an answer as well as a result in that they changed it to every two months instead. Wonderful fast customer service. The product, I cannot say enough about. For the rest of my life I will no longer buy pantene or any other bio products that claim to improve the quality of your hair. My hair is luxurious again that’s the only old-school word I can think of to use. People stop me and ask me about my hair all the time. Not bad for being a 63-year-old woman. Thank you for your help.
